I picked up this game a few years ago, and picked up the base game only- this restricts mod choices- I remember my plan then was to play FO3, and then get to Fallout New Vegas with all DLCs that I also purchased then. Modifying camera, lighting, textures I can always try out in later runs if I return to the game. The reason I want to go vanilla is to experience the game- at least once- in its original state, since it's one of the landmark games and franchises. And got quite a bit of perspective out of it- at least to chalk out a plan.
